Robotic deburring using Process Simulate

If you are one of those manufacturers who have adopted robotics to perform deburring and similar other metal finishing process, I’m sure you have done it to improve operational efficiency and flexibility. Deburring significantly increases the surface finish and quality of parts, and using robots it can be done cheaply and safely. However, to recoup the automation investments, the robots have to adapt quickly to a wide range of material removal applications. You don’t want to keep your robots idle when you have to reconfigure its path and tooling between applications. Now you can significantly reduce your setup time by virtually simulating and programming the deburring robots, and do it easily and quickly.

In this video demonstration, you can see how Tecnomatix Process Simulate can help you to plan your robotic deburring operations in a virtual environment.
