Lasers, World Domination, and Solid Edge Sponsor Inforbix

To get ready for this series of posts, I went reading some other company’s blog posts on their partners.  I made it through about two before I fell asleep. I’m sure the SEO spiders were even struggling to finish indexing them. Well, I’m not doing that.

Our sponsors are way cooler and deserve a special set of questions. We’re going to start with Inforbix who replied back faster than a Google search engine.

Follow the links if you need deeper information or just talk with Oleg at Solid Edge University in June. In the mean time, enjoy this special set of questions.  They are more informative than you might think:

1. How does your company plan to achieve world domination and how will your products help do this?

Engineers have to deal with data on a daily basis.  Unfortunately, because there is so much of it spread out all over a company, engineers spend way to much valuable time searching for the data they need rather than doing what they enjoy most: engineering.  Inforbix is Google for Engineering.  Just as Google dominated search on the web by making it fun and easy for anyone to find what they need, Inforbix will dominate the world by making data in a company accessible by anyone.  Data can hide, but it can’t out run Inforbix.  That’s because Inforbix’s special sauce (aka steroids) is something called product data semantics.  It gives Inforbix apps super-powers enabling it, using a cloud platform, to defeat the forces of structured and unstructured data (aka data chaos) and make data anywhere appear virtually tidy and accessible.

2. Does your product incorporate lasers?  If not, should it?

Inforbix is laser focused on ease of use.  Anyone, regardless of skill level can use Inforbix like a laser beam to get the most out of their data. It’s as easy as point and click.  And what a powerful laser Inforbix is!  It can penetrate through most any sources of data.

3. What can a customer do with your product? Who is your ideal customer?

Anyone in a manufacturing, engineering, and design company can use Inforbix to find, access, and share data.  All it takes is a simple installation Wizard download and a few minutes to deploy.  Finding, reusing, and sharing data is fast and easy.  You can even go mobile with Inforbix.

4. How can our readers join you in your plan for world domination?

All it takes to start using Inforbix is to register here.  It’s fast, safe, easy, and FREE for all new customers to get started using Inforbix!  Pricing is affordable for companies of all sizes.  We encourage all readers to visit the Inforbix website to learn more.  As Pinky (of Pinky and the Brain fame) would say, “tonight, we will try to take over the world!”  And so we shall, with your help!

Oleg is also a fellow blogger.  You might check out both the Inforbix and Beyond PLM blogs. Be sure to sign up for Solid Edge University to come meet him.
