Meet the Customer Support (GTAC) Team at the Solid Edge ST4 Event

The Solid Edge ST4 Global Launch Event is getting closer and closer and more and more great things are happening!

First, we announced a Product Showcase Contest for those attending the ST4 Event. If you have a cool product, machine or widget designed in Solid Edge, you could win an iPad! Details about the contest are located on the registration page. There are a few items already entered such as the Edison2 car, our keynote speakers, and German Solid Edge user WMF, whose coffee machine will not only be displayed, but fully functional! If you want to speak with me or Mark Burhop at the event, you will find us at the WMF coffee station :-)

We've also updated our Solid Edge Facebook Page. If you haven't "Liked" the page yet, please do so. We'll be using the site to launch some future "activities" for Edgers and all CAD users very soon.

Now on to the reason you're reading this post. This week I would like to introduce you Fred White and his Global Technical Access Center team, otherwise known to many of our customers as GTAC or Customer Support. If you've ever called or emailed GTAC for help, chances are you spoke to someone on this team. You too can meet the GTAC team at the Solid Edge ST4 Event in June. Register now. Space is limited. If you are on the fence about attending, make sure you read Jason Newell's blog post, it highlight Matt Johnson's (Hill Rom) recent experience at the Solid Edge ST4 Beta.
